OstroVit Ashwagandha is a dietary supplement containing an extract from the root of Withania somnifera. Withania somnifera also known as Indian ginseng, is a plant whose properties and healing effects. The medicinal raw material is mainly roots and fruits that increase vital forces and improve the work of the mind.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen or substance that can adapt us to changing environmental conditions that adversely affect our adrenal glands (stress situations, exhaustion states). Ingredients: Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) standardized on 1.5 % withanolides, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, anticaking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanut, other nuts, sesame seeds, celery containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

How to use: Use 1 serving (1 tablet) per day. The product is intended for adults.
