OstroVit ALA 90 Tabs Alpha-lipoic acid, in short ALA, is a mitochondrial chemical compound from the group of carboxylic acids of ALA that binds to and promotes energy metabolism in the human body. Until recently, it was considered a vitamin because it was thought to be only exogenous. It is now known that the body can synthesize it itself, but in very small amounts. Occurs mainly in meat, but also in small quantities in fruits and vegetables. The main and biggest advantage of alpha-lipoic acid supplementation is its high antioxidant potential, which helps it "wipe out" free radicals from the body that accelerate the body's aging process, destroy DNA structures or cause human peroxidation of cell membranes. ALA is also a great remedy for slimming. The supplement also has chelating properties (binds heavy metals), which helps the body get rid of unwanted toxins and other dangerous substances.

Ingredients: alpha-lipoic acid (ALA), fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, starch), anti-caking agents (calcium carbonate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, wheat, eggs, celery, mustard, crustacea.

Consume 1 serving (1 tablet) per day, preferably with food.
