Hydrolyzed whey protein releases amino acids more quickly to the muscle tissue, favoring rapid recovery and favoring a longer increase in protein synthesis. Being isolated from whey, it is low in fat and carbohydrates, making it ideal for those people who want to stimulate protein synthesis but with a very clean complement. Furthermore, for a greater effect, Platinum Hydro Whey has been enriched with branched amino acids favoring muscle recovery to a greater extent.

As it is a sugar-free protein, Platinum Hydro Whey also does not contain lactose in its composition, a very important characteristic for individuals intolerant.

Suggested Use: Mix about one scoop of the powder into 10 to 12 fluid ounces of cold water or milk using a blender, shaker cup or glass and blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. For best results, mix up your shake 30 to 60 minutes after your workout or use as an anytime snack.

For healthy adults, consume enough protein to meet your daily protein requirements with a combination of high protein foods and protein supplementation throughout the day as part of a balanced, diet and exercise program.

Recommended Use: Add 1 scoop of powder to approximately 350 mL (12 fl. oz.) of cold water, milk or juice. Shake or stir for 20-30 seconds until powder dissolves. Use less water for more consistency and a stronger flavor. Use more water for a lighter taste with less sweetness.
