Psyllium husk, also known as psyllium, is a plant product that is obtained from the seed coats of the Plantago ovata plant. For many centuries, plantain husk has been used in the food and medical fields due to its amazing properties and beneficial effects on the body.

Adding psyllium husk to your diet is a simple and effective way to improve gut health, support cardiovascular health, lower cholesterol and maintain blood sugar levels. It is also an excellent aid in controlling weight and maintaining the overall well-being of the body.

How to use: Mix 1 tablespoon daily with at least a glass of water or juice. Be sure to drink plenty of extra fluids throughout the day. Start with a smaller amount and gradually increase over several weeks.
