Psyllium husk, also known as psyllium, is a plant product that is obtained from the seed shells of the Plantago ovata plant. For many centuries, psyllium husk has been used in the food and medical fields due to its amazing properties and beneficial effects on the body.

Adding psyllium husk to the diet is a simple and effective way to improve intestinal health, support the cardiovascular system, lower cholesterol and maintain blood sugar levels. It is also an excellent helper in weight control and maintaining the overall well-being of the body.

Recommendations for use:
Stir 1 tablespoon a day with at least a glass of water or juice. Be sure to drink plenty of extra fluids throughout the day. Start with a smaller amount and gradually increase over a few weeks.
