Recommended use:

Pour 150-250ml of water or milk into a shaker (the less liquid, the denser the mixture becomes). Then add ~ 25g of protein powder, mix and drink. Use 2-3 times a day or so as needed. The best effect is given after exercise with a "fast" carbohydrate (eg dextrose or maltodextrin). A good meal replacement is obtained by adding ground oatmeal to the protein powder. Tastes good even with unflavoured yogurt and kamaga!
