We combined three unique protein sources (Whey Protein, Oatmeal and Hydrolyzed Collagen) to complement each other’s amino acid profiles, adding massive carbohydrates, creatine, and vitamins and minerals.

Protein
A completely unique combination of proteins, where oat flour produced in Estonia is especially finely ground combined with a classic whey protein concentrate. In addition, each serving contains 10 g of hydrolyzed collagen (pure protein) with scientifically proven beneficial properties. Collagen has a good amino acid profile, which in combination with whey and oats complement each other. But even more, collagen is known for its joint protective and restorative properties. Weight-gaining athletes often put a lot of strain on their joints during training, and here collagen is the best support.

Carbohydrates
The mixture contains 2 parts carbohydrates per 1 part protein. Most carbohydrates come from maltodextrin, a high-quality, fast-absorbing energy source, and a smaller proportion from oat protein. The recommended 200g portion is ~ 760kcal, but you are free to change the amount consumed per day according to your goals and needs. NB! Despite the massive amount of carbohydrates, OAT & WHEY has a particularly low sugar content of up to 4.5%!

Although good weight gain is based on high-quality protein and carbohydrates, we added a lot of benefits for the top class! We carry this weight gain with world-class decent 5g / serving of micronized creatine and 23 different vitamins and minerals that cover 50% of your daily needs.

Use
We recommend a decent 200 g portion, from which you get more than 720 kcal. However, you can increase or decrease consumption according to your goals and needs. Mix this amount with about 800ml (0.8 L) of water (again, you can increase or decrease the amount of water according to your taste preferences) and consume it immediately or within an hour after your workout.
