ICONFIT Magnesium Flakes are the best way to get magnesium because magnesium is best absorbed through the skin. Our magnesium flakes are of European origin and are of the purest quality.

Helps with magnesium deficiency, which can cause muscle spasms, stress and insomnia.
Extremely fine flakes that dissolve faster than larger flakes. Suitable for both foot baths (200 g flakes) and full body baths (500-1000 g flakes).
Use warm water, but not too hot (37-41°C).

Sävellys

How to use: To prepare a foot bath, add 150g of flakes to 4 liters of warm (not hot) water, sit and relax for about 20 minutes. To prepare a full body bath, add 500-1000g of cereal to the bath, lie on your back and relax for about 20 minutes. Take no more than one full body bath per day. Foot and whole body baths can be taken up to 4-7 times a week.

WARNING: Do not use if you have kidney disease, intestinal obstruction, myasthenia gravis, or a very slow heart rate. Not for consumption! For external use in baths only.
