ICONFIT Inulin is a useful prebiotic fiber derived from valued chicory root. In powder form, the high fiber content of 85% makes inulin a good addition to any food and smoothie.

A prebiotic fiber useful for digestion that helps maintain a healthy bacterial balance.

It is also well suited for dietary foods and is good to use in foods instead of fats.

Consumption of inulin helps the body get more calcium from food, which is needed to keep bones strong.

Add 12g (measuring spoon included) per day to food, smoothie or sports drink. Taste mild and slightly sweet (about 30% of the sweetness of sugar)
