ICONFIT Breakfast Crunch Superfoods is a mixture of crispy superfoods produced in Estonia for adding to a smoothie or porridge. Hemp seeds, chia seeds, pollen grains and pieces of raw cocoa give a crunchy texture, and freeze-dried and ground bananas add a little sweetness.

Pollen granules from Estonian beekeepers are rich in minerals and vitamins C and E. Beautiful yellow color and crisp texture.
Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, zinc and many other useful minerals.
Hemp seeds are grown and peeled in Estonia. They have a pleasant nutty taste and give the smoothie a good texture.
Pieces of raw cocoa are made from unroasted beans and still contain all the natural nutrients and minerals. The Inca superfood is a rich source of magnesium.
Banana is high in fiber, vitamins C and K and gives the mixture a natural sweetness.

Sävellys

To use: add 1-2 tablespoons to your smoothie or sprinkle with porridge. You can also try yogurt or other foods. Suitable for use by the whole family.
