Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) is the active ingredient of Haya Labs Astragalus, which has been used in China for thousands of years to support the immune system and decrease the stress levels. The Chinese name of Astragalus is ‘human ki’ which means ‘yellow energy’. Asian scientists have developed a few studies on this herb’s influence over health. All these studies only confirm the fact that Astragalus is a powerful adaptogen capable to promote a healthy immune system and that it has strong anti-inflammatory properties. The part of the plant that is being used for medical purposes is the root.
