Barley grass powder is the most famous supplement. It is obtained from young barley stems 10 to 15 cm high. During this period of growth, the nutrient content in it is the highest. Then the grass is dried at room temperature and processed into powder at low temperature. Young barley contains vitamins B1, B2, B6 and folic acid, which is very important for women planning pregnancy. Group B vitamins are responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous system: they have a positive effect on mental abilities, improve mood, and reduce nervous tension.
