Immune System Boost is a balanced vitamin and mineral complex designed specifically to strengthen the body's defenses. By stimulating the activity of immune cells, the product prevents the development of diseases or reduces the duration of their course. Immune System Boost is a real booster of your immunity!

How does it work?

The complex consists of 4 components:

Vitamin A. Effective vitamin for immunity. Refers to fat-soluble vitamins that can accumulate in tissues, so the body needs small amounts. In nature, vitamin A exists in two forms: in the form of retinol and beta-carotene. Retinol is found only in animal products (such as fish oil, egg yolks, liver). While beta-carotene is a plant form of the vitamin. In the human body, one molecule of beta-carotene breaks down to form two molecules of retinol. The main function of the vitamin is the regulation of cellular immunity. In particular, it activates the work of macrophages and T-lymphocytes, destroying pathogenic microbes. In addition, retinol fights tumor diseases — scientists have proved that in case of its deficiency, the risks of lung and digestive cancer increase.
Vitamin C (or ascorbic acid). Essential vitamin to strengthen the immune system and maintain overall health. Large amounts are found in foods such as cabbage, carrots, mango, raspberries and strawberries. Due to its antioxidant properties, vitamin C prevents premature aging.
Selenium. A major food form of selenium are inorganic salts — selenites, which the body converts into the amino acid Selenomethionine. This compound has a powerful immunomodulatory capability and contributes to the prevention of cardiovascular, nervous and tumor diseases. To maintain a healthy life, an adult needs to consume 50 to 200 µg of selenium daily.
Zinc. It is an essential trace element that is part of almost all cells of the body. It is present in a very limited number of food products: red meat, fish, eggs and cereals. Zinc intake is important for maintaining normal immune and nervous system function.
