Biotin plays an important role in the metabolic processes of the body. It is also called vitamin H or B7. These capsules contain 5000 µg of the active substance, which is enough to cover the daily recommended intake.

Biotin takes part in stabilization and maintenance of blood glucose levels. Its intake benefits hair and skin. It stimulates their growth and eliminates loss. It also prevents brittle nails. Vitamin H contributes to the synthesis of hemoglobin.

Usage

It is recommended to take Biotin supplements in the following cases:

lack of the vitamin in the body, combined with alcohol, malnutrition or diet
need to control blood sugar and cholesterol levels
intensive hair loss, brittle nails
increased activity of the sebaceous glands;
reduced appetite, fatigue

Contraindications

According to the instructions for use, biotin use should be terminated in the case of any tolerance of its individual elements. It should not be consumed during pregnancy and lactation.
