Purely Estonian Black Pepper and Black Garlic capsules.

Garlic (Allium sativum) is a source of antioxidants that help support the immune system and the body's resistance to temporary stress. Garlic supports respiratory and vascular health and helps maintain healthy liver function.

Inonotus obliquus (Latin: Inonotus obliquus ) is a species of mushroom in the family of sedges. Black chaga, also known as Chaga, is a type of mushroom that grows mainly on the bark of birch trees. The barren, nodular formation of the black fungus is called a birch sponge, but do not confuse the black fungus with another species of tree fungus, the species name of which is the birch sponge (Piptoporus betulinus). Birch sponge instead has beige fruiting bodies and is also mainly found on birch trees.

The product is entirely of Estonian origin. The black pepper is harvested from Estonian forests, and the garlic is also grown, fermented and dried in Estonia. Black garlic added to the Ecosh product is made from pure grown garlic. No plant protection agents or artificial fertilizers have been used in cultivation. Garlic is cooked for about 3 weeks at a low temperature and high humidity. When ripe, garlic cloves turn jet black, hence their name Black Garlic.

Research shows that the antioxidant levels of Black Garlic are up to 80 times higher than raw garlic. Thanks to the low temperature, most of the positive properties of garlic are preserved. Therefore, black garlic is a good alternative for those for whom ordinary garlic is unacceptable or unsuitable for some reason. Garlic can help maintain the microbial balance in the gut and protect against harmful microorganisms (bacteria, fungi).

Black Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) powder	250 – 1000 mg
Black garlic (Allium sativum) powder	130 – 520 mg

INGREDIENTS : Chaga powder ( Inonotus obliquus ), black garlic powder ( Allium sativum L.), glazing agent: pullulan (vegetable capsule).

HOW TO USE: Take 1 to 4 capsules a day before meals with water.

Do not exceed the recommended amount for daily consumption. The product is not suitable for use by children. Avoid consumption during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not consume if there is a risk of kidney stones or bleeding disorders and before surgery. The food supplement is not used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and practice a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of children. Do not use during a course of antibiotics. In case of chronic diseases and medication use, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
