In Estonian folk medicine, common dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) supports normal stomach and liver function and helps maintain the physiological pH balance of the stomach. In addition, dandelion stimulates digestion and promotes the well-being of the digestive tract, acting as a prebiotic that supports intestinal health.

Dandelion supports digestive health in several ways. It promotes normal stomach and liver function, as well as regular bowel function, supporting digestion and the physiological pH balance in the stomach.
Dandelion root is rich in inulin, a natural fiber. It also contains sesquiterpene lactones, phenolic acids, and minerals such as potassium and calcium.

Sävellys

How to use: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with water. Taking dandelion root capsules as a course, 2 capsules daily for 45 days is the usual course length. If you need to continue the course, take a break for 2 weeks. More than two courses in a row are not recommended.

Ingredients: Dandelion root extract 4:1 (Taraxacum officinale), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), vegetable capsule (stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Dandelion flowers (Taraxacum officinale).
