Gel supplement with carbohydrates and proteins, with the addition of BCAA, L-glutamine, L-lysine, glucosamine, organic magnesium and pantothenic acid. The restorative gel formula is also enriched with some amino acids involved in the structural composition of proteins. By name: with a 2:1:1 ratio of BCAA (branched chain amino acids), L-glutamine and L-lysine. The recovery gel can also help replenish minerals and electrolytes lost through sweating. Among the product's electrolytes, magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance in the body and normal muscle function. In fact, magnesium – along with vitamin B5 – helps reduce fatigue.

How to use: Take one serving daily (40 g) during training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
