Chromium helps maintain normal blood sugar levels.

As part of a reduced energy diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effects can be achieved by taking 3 g of glucomannan a day as part of a reduced energy diet, in three daily doses of 1 g each, with 1–2 glasses of water, to be taken before meals.

These statements refer to the product once it is prepared and diluted with water.

Ingredients: inulin 58%, glucomannan 42% (from Amorphophallus konjac tuber) (sulphur dioxide), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), chromium picolinate. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.

Mix 1 serving (2.5 g = half a level scoop = 1 level teaspoon) of powder into at least 200 ml of your preferred drink. Use a shaker bottle for mixing. Consume 3 servings daily, before meals, with plenty of liquids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

WARNINGS: The consumption of a food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of reach of children. Without drinking enough liquid, the product may cause choking. Take with plenty of water to make sure the product reaches the stomach. Not recommended for people with swallowing difficulties. Not recommended for people with medical conditions and/or those taking medications or other fibre products.
