Use: The granules can be chewed and swallowed with water or added to food: yogurt, porridge, breakfast cereals, etc.
The daily dose for adults is 1 packet, the contents of the packet can be divided into several dosing sessions.

Ingredients: Silybum marianum (L.) Gaert. granulated fruit 3.5 g.
