Ice cream made from Be Active vegan ice cream powder is a healthy treat that anyone can make!
Be Active ice cream powder with a unique composition consists of 100% vegetable ingredients and is enriched with blackcurrant powder, freeze-dried blackcurrant pieces, Be Active superfood mix and fiber inulin. All you need to make ice cream is the liquid you like, a container and a hand mixer. We recommend using a cylindrical container.

Preparation:

From 200 g of Be Active ice cream powder, you can get about 1 L of ice cream.

Mix 200 g of powder with 300 ml of cold water or 350 ml of herbal drink (e.g. almond drink).
Put the mixture in the freezer for at least 1.5 hours.
Beat with a mixer for 2-5 minutes until the mixture is airy.
Place again for at least 6 hours or freeze overnight.

Ingredients: agave sugar, coconut fat powder, freeze-dried blackcurrant powder (11%), maltodextrin, freeze-dried blackcurrant pieces (7%), Be Active superfood powder (beetroot powder, freeze-dried blackcurrant powder (25%), freeze-dried goji berry powder, oil sage or chia seeds , freeze-dried camu-camu powder), inulin, inactive Lalmin® Vita D yeast (natural Vitamin D and B12 yeast), freeze-dried banana powder, pea protein, mixture of stabilizers (triphosphates, sodium alginate, potassium phosphate, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, guar gum), salt.
