Raw cocoa is obtained from the fruit of the tree Theobroma cacao, in particular the almond-sized cocoa beans found inside the fruit. Crude cocoa powder is a good source of fiber and contains a lot of vitamins E and C, as well as substances that make the body feel good (including tryptophan, 5-HTP, serotonin, dopamine, phenylethylamine and anandamide).

Cocoa is chemically one of the most complex foods on our planet, containing more than 1,200 active ingredients and high in antioxidants. It is also a natural source of magnesium, chromium, iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, copper and sulfur.

Raw cocoa is pleasantly bitter because it does not contain added sweeteners. Replace regular chocolate with it to give your food and drink a delicious taste.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight if possible. Close it carefully after each use.
