L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid. Essential amino acids are not produced by the body and must be obtained in the diet. L-Tryptophan is a precursor from which the body makes serotonin, which plays an important role in promoting of relaxation, restful sleep and positive mood.

How to use: Depending on your body weight, take 1 or 2 capsules daily, preferably before bedtime. Drink with plenty of water.

When using this dietary supplement, you should consult your doctor. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in a dry, cool place, protected from sunlight. Ingredients: L-tryptophan, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
