Prepare a refreshing, great-tasting drink that is enriched with the high-quality amino acid L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®). The package contains up to 60 servings, each of which contains 5000 mg of L-glutamine. Glutamine is an important amino acid, which makes up to 60% of all amino acids in muscle tissue. Its concentration in muscles is higher than that of any other amino acid, but with intense and prolonged physical activity, glutamine reserves in muscles can be significantly reduced. In fact, L-glutamine makes up more than 20% of all amino acids circulating in the body.

How to use: Take 3 g (1/2 scoop) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and 3 g (1/2 scoop) immediately after training or before bed. Mix 1/2 scoop (3 g) with 100-200 ml of water.
