This product has been specially designed to speed muscle recovery and reduce recovery time after intense sports activities. An ideally designed combination of additional functional substances, complemented by a perfectly balanced combination of short and long chain carbohydrates that are gradually released and restore glycogen reserves, allows the entire body to be fully prepared in the shortest possible time for another quality performance.

L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscles. Without a sufficient supply of this amino acid, muscle regeneration and growth are impossible.
BCAA - branched chain amino acids increase protein synthesis in muscles (reduce its breakdown). It contains L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-Valine.
L-arginine AKG – has the ability to regulate blood flow in the body. Improves oxygen delivery to muscles, accelerates regeneration.
L-Citrulline Malate – Helps flush lactic acid from muscles. Restores immediate energy sources (ATP), thereby delaying and eliminating signs of fatigue.
Beta-alanine - supports the production of carnosine in muscles, which is involved in the regeneration of the entire body. Helps with insomnia and improves sleep quality.
Amix™ PhosphoMatrix is a special mineral premix that ensures the entry of important substances into the bloodstream.

How to use: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 500 ml water and drink immediately after exercise.
