What is amix coffitime 90 caps for?

CAFFEINE – the best known and most used stimulant by man. It acts on the nervous system and provides an increase in mental concentration, improves physical performance by increasing adrenaline levels. It reduces tiredness and the feeling of sleepiness.
GUARANA – is a fruit used worldwide for its large amount of guaranine, a natural stimulant that helps to feel better and delay fatigue.
GREEN TEA – it is a powerful natural antioxidant that is also used for slimming thanks to its fat-reducing and purifying action in general.
YERBA MATE – in addition to being a well-known stimulant, yerba mate is also a great diuretic that will help you stay alert and eliminate excess fluids and prevent fluid retention.

How to use: Take 1 capsule 45 minutes before exercise. Drink with plenty of water. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. (Caffeine content: 198.4 mg per serving/1 tsp.)

Limit the use of medications, foods or drinks containing caffeine while taking this product, as excess caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, insomnia, and sometimes rapid heartbeat.

Ingredients: Guarana dry extract, caffeine anhydrous, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), green tea extract, mate extract, taurine, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
