Ingredients: Creatine HCl, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, dye: calcium carbonate), stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, anticaking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Supplement Facts:
Serving size: 4 capsules	Serving per container: 30
Amount per serving
Creatine HCl	3000 mg

Recommended dosage: Take 2-4 capsules with a glass of water preferably 60 minutes before training. On non-training days take 2-4 capsules during a day. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Allergen warning: It may contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and shellfish.

Warning: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. The product is not designed for children. Keep away from children. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage! Consumption of this food supplement you should consult with your healthcare practitioner. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in cool dry place away from sunlight. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The producer is not liable for any damage caused by improper use or storage.
