Recommended dosage: Mix 2 scoops (13 g) of AmixTM LEU-CORETM with 200-300 ml of water. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. Take the drink immediately after physical performance. To change the flavour and sweetness of prepared drink change the amount of water used for preparation.
