Thanks to high content of protein, unsaturated fats and B vitamins, it helps increase metabolism, strengthen the immune system and nervous system. Tasty cashew nuts are the seed of a tropical tree called the western cashew tree. Cashews, like other nuts, contain large amounts of fat. They should not, however, be regarded as unhealthy, fattening or non-dietary. Much of the fat found in cashew nuts belongs to the unsaturated fatty acid group. Oleic acid, the kind found in olive oil, has a beneficial effect on cardiovascular function, also in diabetics. Cashew nuts are also a source of copper, a mineral whose deficiencies can be associated with serious health consequences, including anaemia, burst blood vessels, osteoporosis, increased levels of so-called bad cholesterol (LDL), arrhythmia, increased susceptibility to infection. Cashew nuts are also a source of magnesium, an element that plays an important role in calcium metabolism, regulates proper muscle tone and affects our mental condition.

Cashew Cream does not contain any unnecessary additives or fillers such as salt, sugar and palm oil. The salt content is solely due to the presence of naturally occurring sodium. Sugar and salt among the ingredients occur naturally in nuts. Precious and aromatic oil may precipitate on the surface of the butter. We recommend stirring the butter before consumption. The nutritional value of cashew nut butter is truly impressive. It has a high calorie density (660 kcal/100 g) and is also rich in protein (20.24 g/100 g).
