BCAA 2:1:1 is the foundation of any supplementation. The combination of leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio is the key to effective post-workout regeneration, reduction of catabolism during exercise and building of pure muscle mass. BCAA 2:1:1 should be used during both reduction and mass building periods.
