The product Bacopa monnieri is a dietary supplement whose regular use supports the overall brain work, memory, concentration, and also reduces the feeling of tension and stress, helping to improve mood.

Bacopa monnieri (also known as brahmi, brakopa small-leafed) is a herb commonly used in traditional Hindu Ayurvedic medicine. This plant is used not only as a sedative, including with diseases such as insomnia, anxiety or neurosis, but also supportive treatment of cancer, ulcers, enteritis and gastritis. This plant species is rich in saponins - compounds commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry because of their unique pharmacological properties.

The use of Bacopa monnieri is wide and varied. First of all, it provides support for the brain. Has a positive effect on concentration, thus supporting learning and memory processes. In people who regularly use the product, significant improvement is noticeable in this respect, which is why the product is willingly used by, among others students during the exam session, students before the matriculation examination, or taking the driving test. Bacopa monnieri can also be used as a dietary supplement for people after strokes, brain injuries, suffering from ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) or Alzheimer's.

Composition and application

One tablet of the product (250 mg) is an extract containing as much as 125 mg of a dose of bacosides, which are naturally occurring substances in Bacopa monnieri.

It is recommended to take one capsule of the supplement daily, immediately after a meal, which will allow better absorption of the product.
The first effects of using Bacopa monnieri are noticeable after taking a few lozenges, but in order to achieve full properties of the supplement, it should be taken regularly for a period of 4 to 6 weeks, depending on individual characteristics.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. The product is intended for adults as a supplement to the daily diet.
