Expander Power System Power Hand Grip is a compact trainer that looks like scissors or pruning shears. It consists of a metal frame, a strong spring that regulates the load on the muscles of the forearms, and two comfortable grooved handles. The expander is designed for a load of 10 to 40 kg. You can set the required weight parameters using a red round nozzle with a graduated scale. To change the load, it is enough to scroll the nozzle, after which you can use the expander for its intended purpose without additional settings.
