Composition and application

Ingredients: Maltodextrins, dextrose, whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate, ultrafiltration egg white, caffeine, creatine monohydrate, taurine, acidity regulator, potassium chloride, vitamins, niacin, biotin, calcium, folic acid, flavoring, coloring.

How to use: Mix 100 g with 100 ml of non-hot boiled water, it is better to use a shaker. Drink 1 serving between meals 2-3 times a day. For beginners, it is recommended to mix 50 g of the product with the same amount of water. You should not reduce your usual meals!
