Keto bread
Ready-to-use dry mix for baking Low-carb (keto) bread
The finished product from the mixture contains a minimum of carbohydrates, therefore it can be recommended for people on the keto diet, the Kremlin diet, the Atkins diet, as well as for diets with insulin resistance and type II diabetes and other low-carb diets.
Cooking method:
1. Add 200 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of vinegar to 200 g of the mixture
2. Stir with a spoon or spatula for 5-7 minutes, then knead the dough with your hands.
3. Form buns or a loaf, place on a greased baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 C in a preheated oven
Ingredients: almond flour, egg white, psyllium, edible salt, baking soda.
