Protein Low Calorie Diet Ice Cream Blend

Mode of application:

Mix package (200 g) + 600 ml water = 800 g ready-made ice cream
50 g mixture + 150 ml water = 200 g ready-made ice cream

1. Mix the mixture with water or milk.
2. Mix thoroughly for 5-7 minutes using a mixer in a bowl or shaker until a homogeneous consistency without lumps is obtained.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold and place in the freezer.
Ideal if there is an active freeze function. The mixture must be kept in the freezer for about two hours, whipping occasionally (every 15-30 minutes) to obtain a good consistency *

* The consistency of homemade ice cream differs from the consistency of ready-made ice cream from the store due to the lack of special industrial equipment when preparing at home.

Composition and application

Ingredients: skimmed milk powder, whey protein concentrate, egg white powder, milk whey, food salt, sweeteners - stevioside, sucralose, guar and xanthan gums, flavors identical to natural (vanilla, yogurt).
