Cake recipe:
1 portion 30 g = 1 ready-made cake 50-55 g
1. Mix mixture with water, add low fat soft cottage cheese, coconut or any other oil as desired.
2. Mix thoroughly for 5-7 minutes until a homogeneous dough with the consistency of thick sour cream is obtained.
3. Fill a small or one large cupcake tins 2/3 full. We recommend using silicone or foil molds.
4. Bake at 180 ° C for 15-25 minutes, depending on the size of the molds and the weight of the finished baked goods.
