Description

The composition of fenugreek complex is rich in antioxidant compounds and elements that provide an anti-inflammatory effect. It contains iron, phosphorus, sodium, copper, zinc, selenium, magnesium and potassium. The chemical composition of fenugreek also contains nicotinic acid, essential and fatty oils, phytosterols and phytosterins, tannins, vitamins A, C and B1, B2, B9, lecithin and many other elements. Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of fenugreek soothe the body, reduce cholesterol levels in the blood, lower and stabilize blood pressure. One of the main components of fenugreek is glycyrrhizinic acid, which is similar to the well-known hormone cortisol.
