Oomex omega 3 is one of the most special polyunsaturated and essential fats that the body cannot produce on its own and must be taken with food. Our body is made up of about 3 billion cells, all of which need balanced fatty acids to function normally. It needs high quality fatty acids the most e. fats in our brains and cell membranes. Ecoshi's orange-flavored Omega 3 product is selected from high-quality fish oil, which is especially rich in omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The oil is made from carefully selected short-lived deep-sea fish such as sardines, anchovies and mackerel, the purest sources of omega 3 in the sea. The oil, in turn, is refined, concentrated, deodorized and stabilized using advanced high technology, making it one of the most stable and purest omega-3 oils on the market.

A mixture of different tocopherols and a polyphenol-rich virgin olive oil with a therapeutic effect prevent and control rot. Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants with many beneficial properties that protect both fish oil and the body from oxidation. Orange oil gives the smell and taste.

INGREDIENTS : fish oil ( anchovy, mackerel, sardine), MCT coconut oil, vitamin E (tocopherols as antioxidant ), cold pressed olive oil ( antioxidant ), flavors ( orange) , vitamin D3 ( colecalciferol ).

ADMINISTRATION : 1 tablespoon of oil per day for the average adult. (Multiply the body weight by 0.15. For example, for a weight of 80 kg, 12 ml, ie 1 tablespoon of oil per day, weighing 60 kg, 9 ml, ie three-quarters tablespoon of oil per day, weighing 100 kg, weighing 15 ml, ie one and a half tablespoons of oil per day).
