Ingridients: Gusto Protein Blend ( whey protein concentrate, egg powder, casein, egg white powder ), rice flour, cocoa powder, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate), flavors, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (steviol glycosides, sucralose). Manufactured in a facility that manufactures products containing soy and mustard.

Recommended use: Mix 40 g (3 heaped tablespoons) powder in 50 ml water and let mixture rest for 1 minute. This amount is enough for 2–3 smaller or 1 big pancake. Fry pancake on a little oil in a pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides (takes about 1 minute on each side).
