Amix Essential Amino HD+ is a new amino acid supplement ideal for periods of intense strength and endurance training as well as for the period of weight reduction.
Based on a unique complex of nine amino acids (EAA) in a free - hydrolyzed form. Thanks to this, the supplement provides the body with a unique balance and high-quality nutrients.
The Amix supplement will nourish the muscles, accelerate regeneration, slow down catabolism and significantly accelerate muscle anabolism. It consists of a group of nine exogenous amino acids:
L-Leucine - is the most important essential amino acid that stabilizes the nitrogen balance, supports regeneration and protects muscle tissue against breakdown. Leucine is an essential amino acid, which means that the human body is not able to produce it on its own, so it is necessary to obtain them in the form of food or supplements.
L-Tryptophan - is an essential amino acid that improves the quality of sleep and contributes to the better well-being. It plays a very important role in regulating the nervous system through production of serotonin, which significantly improves mood, but low levels can affect irritability, depressed mood and insomnia. Additionally, this element is involved in the production of melatonin, which is responsible for the quality of sleep, which positively affects the regeneration of the body.
L-Isoleucine - this amino acid belongs to the group of exogenous chain amino acids branched, this amino acid has an important energetic function, thanks to which the athlete is able to protect muscles against their breakdown.
L-Valine - its appropriate amount in the diet affects the proper physical fitness and health. It belongs to the group of exogenous, organic chemical compounds o aliphatic character. The body cannot synthesize valine by itself, so it has to it should be delivered from outside. During prolonged exertion, when the level drops of glucose in the blood and glycogen stores are already depleted, the body takes in valine along with leucine and isoleucine from muscles. Valine is transported to the liver where it stays converted into glucose in the process of gluconeogenesis.
L-Phenylalanine - is an exogenous (essential) amino acid, which means it is not synthesized by the body and must be supplied with food. In the body fully its role primarily as a precursor of another amino acid - tyrosine and a compound psychoactive - phenylethylamine. Phenylalanine is essential for proper functioning nervous
system, it can be used as an appetite suppressant, it also shows some analgesic, antidepressant and slightly stimulating potential.
L-Threonine - is one of the 20 basic protein amino acids. Belongs to essential amino acids (cannot be synthesized in the human body and must be supplied with food).
L-Lysine - an organic chemical compound from the group of protein amino acids. Is an exogenous amino acid, as it is not synthesized in the body and must be supplied with food.
L-Histidine - this is an amino acid, it is involved in the construction of the body's proteins, it is part of carnosine, while carnosine buffers the acid-base balance in cells muscle. In addition, L-histidine is involved in the synthesis of many digestive enzymes, including therefore, it supports digestion and regulates the balance of minerals in the blood - especially zinc and iron.
L-Methionine - an exogenous amino acid, its role is to build proteins. In the system supports the synthesis of such compounds as: carnitine, taurine, phospholipids, lecithin.
To put it simply - hydrolysis of proteins is the process of their decomposition, breaking down its structures into smaller elements. It uses enzymes that break down proteins into smaller chains - the so-called Peptides. It is a process that mimics the operation of our digestive system, digesting food into small particles - so that our body can use them properly, e.g. to build new muscle fibers (breakdown of proteins into single amino acids.
The peptide, on the other hand, is formed as a result of condensation between the carboxyl and amino groups, such a connection is called a peptide bond. The reverse reaction, i.e. hydrolysis, consists in breaking the formed peptide bonds and restoring individual amino acids.
To sum up, thanks to the enzymatic hydrolysis process, the protein breaks down long peptide chains into shorter ones. Thanks to this, our digestive system is not unnecessarily burdened, it can digest and assimilate this type of supplement faster.
It is the fastest digestible form on the market.
