Mr. Popper´s^® Protein ChiaMash^® is perfect soluble instant protein mash with the pieces of fruit. It contains Protein Blend, BevGrad™ XtraSmooth Flax, Oat Flakes with combination of original and proven Benexia® Black Chia Seeds, which are a great vegetarian source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and soluble fiber. Chia seeds contain five times more calcium than milk and eight times more Omega-3 than salmon!

It is wonderful for better growth of muscle mass, containing a combination of three types of protein, CFM^® cross flow microfiltered whey protein isolate, non fat whey and Micelle XL™. This product is excellent for a breakfast but you can consume it during the whole day.

ALA and LA as the essential fatty acids are needed for normal growth and development of children, than contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA (α-linolenic acid) and a daily intake of 10 g of LA (linoleic acid).

BevGrad™ XtraSmooth Flax is a super finely milled golden flaxseed that has been heat treated using out MicroSure™ Plus process to deliver the natural benefits of flax to sports beverages. It is easily incorporated into formulations without compromising on taste, providing Omega-3, fibers and long-chain carbohydrates.

Recommended dosage: Mix 1 + ½ scoops of Protein ChiaMash® (60 g) with 150 ml of hot milk or water. Mix well by spoon until you get a porridge consistency. Wait about 3 minutes. Do not exceed the maximal daily dose of 2 serving.
