Advanced Complex of B-Vitamins and minerals with Garlic and Rosehips

GreenDay® HomoCys Block is a vitamin complex, which combines several types of B-vitamins with Magnesium, Zinc, Garlic and Rose Hip extracts. This complex supports reducing levels of homocysteine metabolism and helps to normal red blood cell formation, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B2 - Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, functioning of the nervous system and metabolism of iron. Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, red blood cells, skin, vision. Then contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B6 - contributes to normal cysteine synthesis, energy-yielding metabolism, functioning of the nervous system, homocysteine metabolism, protein and glycogen metabolism, psychological function, red blood cell formation, function of the immune system. Then contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Vitamin B9 – Folic Acid - supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.

Vitamin B12 - contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, functioning of the nervous system, homocysteine metabolism, psychological function, red blood cell formation, function of the immune system. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and has a role in the process of cell division.

Zinc - contributes to normal function of the immune system, DNA synthesis, acid-base metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, cognitive function, fertility and reproduction, macronutrient metabolism, metabolism of fatty acids, metabolism of vitamin A and protein synthesis. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails, skin, testosterone levels in the blood, vision, Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and has a role in the process of cell division.

Magnesium - contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal protein synthesis and normal psychological function. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and has a role in the process of cell division.

Rose hip - is a good antioxidant and is good for digestive health, Bladder and Kidney Health, for natural defences - immune system, for respiratory health and skin health - wound healing.

Garlic - is good for heart health - cholesterol levels and blood lipids levels, natural defences - immune system and antioxidant, liver health, mental well-being – Stress and blood sugar level - Carbohydrate metabolism.

Composition and application

Usage: take 1 capsule daily in the morning.
Take capsule with plenty of water.

Ingredients: magnesium citrate, gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatine, water, dye: titanium dioxide), zinc bisglycinate, cyanocobalamine, anticaking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; rose hip extract, garlic extract, pyridoxine HCl, riboflavine, anticaking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; folic acid.

Allergen warning: may contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.

Warning: do not exceed recommended daily dosage!
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
The product is not designed for children.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in cool dry place away from sunlight.
