PROTEIN RICE PORDS is a delicious dessert based on rice flour and whey protein concentrate (WPC). In addition, the product is enriched with magnesium, which helps in the proper functioning of muscles and the proper synthesis of proteins.

Rice flour

Rice flour is made from white or brown rice by finely grinding the rice grains. The color of the flour depends, of course, on the type of rice. The health-promoting properties and nutritional value of rice flour should be appreciated, especially by people with constipation and high cholesterol levels due to their high fiber content.

Characteristics of rice flour:

It is an ideal substitute for wheat flour when baking cakes, muffins and pancakes. It is also excellent for making puddings, dumplings, pies, and is also suitable as a thickener for soups and sauces. Does not contain gluten. It is widely used in cuisines around the world. It is the basis of Asian cuisine, it is used to make various dishes and sweets, e.g. Dango - boiled rice flour balls. Rice flour is also a good source of B vitamins, but also magnesium, iron and zinc.

What is Whey Protein Concentrate?

Whey protein concentrate is a component derived from dairy products that is obtained by microfiltration or ultrafiltration. Compared to other proteins (especially vegetables, but also casein, meat or even egg), WPC is distinguished by its particularly high nutritional value due to its high content of exogenous amino acids (so-called EAAs), especially those with a branched aliphatic side. chains (i.e., so-called BCAAs).

Magnesium plays a special role in the absorption and storage of energy in cells, which is necessary for the proper functioning of muscles (it has a spasmolytic effect). Stimulates the body's defenses, protects the heart muscle from hypoxia, regulates blood pressure.

Preparation : add 30 g of product (4 tablespoons) with 100 ml of hot water or milk, stirring vigorously. Mix everything exactly. Consume immediately after preparation.
