Our dishes are subjected to a heat treatment process, similar to the pasteurization process, which consists in briefly heating the meal to a high temperature (above 100 ° C), thanks to which the product is deprived of all harmful microflora, microorganisms and spores - these are the necessary conditions for the product to it was durable and required no chemical maintenance.

Heating a previously prepared and closed meal - takes place in a specialized device that allows you to extend the shelf life - without damaging the internal raw material charge and the packaging itself.
